In our school students should develop intellectual, personal, social and emotional skills. Some of the never-seen-before phenomena of today is rapidly expanding connectivity mobile entrepreneurship, the breakdown of traditional corporate relationships, the global skills gap.
Such phenomena have left our students facing unexpected pressures, as well as unimagined opportunities. It’s clear that the use of technology is now key for everyone hoping to join the labour force or to start up a business.
So in our school I expect our students to be very much updated in technology and global skills.
Personally I believe in the words of IB. In our school we: Develop students who will build a better world through inter-cultural understanding and respect. Encourage students of all ages to think critically and challenge assumption Encourage students of all ages to consider both local and global context.
Develop multi lingual students. Students of SRVIS should take responsibility for their own learning and understand how knowledge itself is constructed
“Education is not preparation for life: education is life itself”.
I delightfully welcome you into the SRVIS family It is my vision to provide the world with responsible, courageous, creative and disciplined youth, to shape a better future. I believe this can be achieved by strengthening their foundation upon which they can create a successful future for themselves and the society around them.
At SRVIS, we don’t believe in preaching, instead we allow our students to experience, explore and experiment through various opportunities.
Along with the academic excellence, we provide our students with an exposure to the realities of the world. We sculpt them into competitive, empathetic’ optimistic individual who strive to succeed in every challenge they are faced with.
It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to SRV International School.
Igniting the learning process in every single child, we strongly believe in catering stimulating education by providing positive, encouraging, safe and secure atmosphere. In furtherance to that we also promote values, virtues and ethics which help shape the holistic development of the child.
We look forward to meet all your needs related to education and ensure that your child has the best possible start in life.
School is a place to explore, try, fail, correct mistakes, succeed, and learn. The school allows the students, teachers and parents to learn, unlearn, and relearn.
I am honoured to be the VICE PRESIDENT of SRV International Schools. SRVIS is an institution where stakeholders are curious learners and each stakeholder gets an opportunity to explore, discover, and learn new things.
‘’Education is not the learning of facts but training the mind to think’’ – Albert Einstein I truly believe in this and SVIS helps the students to ‘’think about their own thinking.’’
SRV International School though is in its growing stage has already set an example for learning by understanding. SRVIS proved that quality education is not just for cities and big towns but also possible in a small semi-urban place like Rsipuram. I appreciate the parents of the school for their open-ended thinking that learning can happen beyond textbooks. I am proud that our learning community which includes students, parents, staff, and other people of the society is strong and united.
The leadership and the pedagogical team are investing significant time, ideas, and resources in supporting the SRVIS learning community with opportunities to integrate the best international pedagogy and learning practices in and out of the classroom.
A child is always a curious learner right from birth. If the child gets the right opportunities to brush his /her curiosity and make his/ her conclusions for sure, the child will be an asset to society. At SRVIS we implement ‘Learner Agency’. The learning community has the opportunity to VOICE, CHOICE, and OWNERSHIP. Students, staff are parents are encouraged to express their reflection, make a choice in learning, and be responsible for learning and also towards the organization. Having the curriculum of IBPYP in Primary and IGCSE in secondary is giving great scope to our learning community to grow as global citizens.
No two children learn in the same way! No two children will have the same capabilities! It is not that easy for the teachers to understand the multi-levels in the classroom and help them learn as per their capabilities. But the staff of SRVIS is commendable in this area. Let it be the Senior management, middle management, teaching/ non-teaching staff, or the sub-staff, everyone understands the child’s needs and strives to fulfil the child’s needs. Each child is a designer piece especially given to the parents. ‘’Dear Parents! Please never make an attempt to compare your child with another child, not even with own siblings. Each child’s mindset and thinking capabilities are different. Encourage them as per their capabilities, that will help them add more capabilities to their list.''
Right learning happens when there is the right partnership between home and school. Our School follows the two strategies of LOVE and LOGIC. Love helps to build a good relationship, feel respected, and appreciated. Whereas LOGIC helps the students to adhere to their commitments, responsibilities, and decision making. We are glad to have efficient staff to help the child learn by thinking not just by writing. Let this be physical learning or virtual learning our learning community proved that nothing is a barrier for learning. Even in situations like COVID-19 did not stop SRVIS from learning but in fact, it utilized the time as an opportunity to enhance technical skills, emotional balance, and virtual learning.
I welcome all the parents to join their hands in making this SRVIS as the best place for a child to learn.
‘’What makes a child gifted and talented may not always be the good grades at school but a different way of looking at world and learning’’

"Teaching is one profession that creates all other professions."
I’ve always felt that being a facilitator isn’t about what you do; it’s about who you are. During my years of formal education and throughout my career, I’ve found that my best teachers were those who brought their personality, passion, and experience into the classroom; they didn’t just teach about a subject, they opened up a conversation that included themselves and us, the learners. The classroom became a think tank- a place where learning from each other became the norm.
My journey in SRVIS starts from the day of inception and I have come across multiple initiatives provided by the management. I have enjoyed teaching the students as well as learning from them. Now to make the transition from a facilitator to a PYP Coordinator, I widened my mindset. I realized that it’s not all about me and my understanding, it’s about leading my team of learners to a new understanding. Being a PYP coordinator requires to be willing to wear many hats. I can see myself in 360 degrees of acceptance by adapting various key skills, personal and professional development via quality workshops and in-house trainings. SRVIS has given a platform for me to build my enthusiasm in enjoying the teaching learning process. With quality workshops and interpersonal trainings, I have developed intensely in my professional and personal growth.
I am extremely happy to be working for an organization that inspires learning, growth and creativity that challenges us to raise to our full potential in a warm and caring learning environment. I believe every day brings a new opportunity to learn, and my main objective is to prepare my students and teachers to be successful in their school years and be life-long learners. The best leaders continue to learn and grow and I strive to be one of them. Now my goal is to make my team stimulate thinking, encourage exploration, make connections, and be empowered facilitators.
I am a proud SRVian, and I wish to hear this from my SRVIS community as well.
“Educationists should build capacities of the spirit of inquiry, creativity, entrepreneurial and moral leadership among students and become their role model.”

The purpose of education is to make good human beings with skill and expertise. I feel great and proud to be part of a global community that shapes the future. Today I am living my passion. Right from Kindergarten to University, the teachers are the ones who impart knowledge and teach about everything important. Moreover, they also teach about ethical values and imbibe in our moral values. What I am today is the influence of all the great teachers I had in my life. I believe teaching is a great service to humanity. Apart from being known as an excellent biology teacher I am fortunate enough to build an emotional bonding, a life long relationship with many of my students. I am thankful to the management of the institutions where I worked for giving me opportunities to upgrade myself not only in the field of teaching but also to bring out the leader in me.
In SRVIS, being both a teacher and Head of the IGCSE team, it's my responsibility to learn as much as I can about my students and my teacher colleagues so that I can both share all of their success with the outside world and help guide them in taking right decisions. It is my duty to educate them with the standards of Cambridge education and empower them to become international learners and educators.
I am happy to be part of SRVIS, an institution with a remarkable legacy in the field of education. It provides me with opportunities to grow and excel, explore the potentials and empower myself with new knowledge, experience and creativity both in the professional and personal arena.. The support and acknowledgement from the leadership team of the school provides me with the confidence to bring out the best in me to uplift the standards of my students and my teachers. The world is changing fast and adapting to the new normal. I strive towards the development of mindset with global citizenship in my teachers and students and together work with the entire family of SRVIS to widen our horizons of true spirit of education.
